E-glass fibers has been used in large-scale manufacturing processes as a high temperatures insulators for wiring. E-glass fibers are the most widely used, whether in the textile industry or for composite materials, contributing to 90% of all reinforcements. This high-quality fiber is characterized by its ability to withstand high temperatures and its outstanding electrical insulation features. This fiber is rot-proof, resistant to the most common chemical agents, and dimensionally stable.
Glass fiber textiles are made from 6-9μ yarns that are texturized, volumized, and then twisted. These are asbestos-free products. They are asbestos-free products. The filaments, transformed into articles, are used in industrial applications where high thermal and mechanical resistance are required, with temperatures up to 550°C. The basic “E” type fibers are inorganic, sterile, and incombustible. They can be used at temperatures up to 550°C and resist oils, solvents, and many chemical agents. They do not rot and are unaffected by funguses or bacteria. They have good resistance to abrasion and vibrations and have good elasticity and compressibility.
Our partners and manufacturers are continually working to develop and manufacture special fibers and inorganic materials that save energy, reduce pollution, and improve the safety and reliability of your facilities.
