Ceramic Square Braid FENGITEX®

Description

Ceramic square braid FENGITEX® is an extremely flexible and mecanically resistant ceramic fiber gasket. It can be used for continuous temperatures of up to 650°C (glass-fibre reinforced) or up to 1050°C (stainless steel-reinforced).

Braid is used where high density and resistance to compression and mechanical abuse are required, such as in packing applications.

Ceramic square braid FENGITEX® contains organic binders to facilitate the carding process. The binders burn at low temperatures, but without any effect on the special ceramic fibers. It is available in a range of grades and diameters.
